Have you ever wondered; Does Lisa's husband ever smile? Or is he merely a Jones with one facial expression for every emotion? Well, I'm here to prove he smiles and even gets a little goofy every now and again.
What makes Russ smile, you ask? Our kiddos and their rodeos!
This spring our kiddos competed in the Dixie 6 Jr Rodeos and both came home with a few neat prizes of their own. Tel-Man earned first place and won the coolest belt buckle ever. And Tanzee-Lou won a halter and a few cool gadgets for her horse, Dave.
However, Tanzee was quite sad when she realized her brother won a buckle and all she got was a lousy halter and some treats for Dave...But no fear, two weeks later....Drumroll....Tanzee won her first belt buckle for third place at the Cotton Days Rodeo in Washington City.
We are so proud of the both of them...And heavens, what would we ever do on the weekends if we didn't have to haul a few horses to a rodeo!?!
