Neglectful Blogger

Blogging Friends:  I apologize.  I have been such a neglectful blogger over the last two months.

This morning, I realized school started 22 days ago and I still have not posted the famous 'first day of school' picture.  Maybe because I'm suffering from 'getting too old' syndrome!  Tel is in the 7th grade this year and Tanzee started the 2nd grade.  Tel was nervous, in the beginning, because he has to change classes and use a locker.  He seems to enjoy the 7th grade and I think he's transitioned well.  Tanzee was so excited to learn she would be in Mrs. Bosshardt's class this year.  Maybe, even more excited than I was!  What an awesome teacher!  We're so lucky to have her here!

Tanzee-Lou-Who celebrated her 7th birthday on August 31st.  We had a family dinner on that evening and she opened her presents.  We celebrated her birthday with ALL of her friends the following Friday.  Both days were exciting, but this 'Momma' was happy to have the 'Friend's Party' over with zero injuries!

Tanzee has been begging us for a new 'pink with silver' saddle for months.  But, she was so surprised we actually bought one, she didn't say a word for a few minutes.  As you can tell by the picture below, she finally took her present for a ride and loves it!

Next, on our agenda - My father gave her a Coach purse for her 7th birthday!  Yep, ladies, I said it, a Coach purse!  Please leave a comment and explain to my father how spoiled she will be at 17 if he keeps it up!  :-)

More party pictures to follow...As soon as I can get them downloaded!
